How’s the weather in your homeland? As we say goodbye to winter in the southern hemisphere and hello to autumn in the northern hemisphere, we are dragging our feet towards the end of term 3 of school (3 weeks and three days – yes I’m counting!!) and the new school year is just starting for our friends in the north. Lunch that’s not a sandwich

I’m a lover of bread. I’m a lover of pasta. And I mean I’m a lover! Lately though I’ve tried to┬ácut back on my loves and just change my diet slightly – cut out wheat and try add more healthy but enjoyable food. I was feeling sluggish with not enough energy to keep running a household, a job that I enjoy and two active kids.
